PLA enterprise support services team builds and maintains the foundation that supports our clients´ information systems from the desktop to the server to the Internet allow our clients focus more attention on their business processes and worry less about technology. PLA has technical support team helps maintain and monitor our client’s computer systems and networks. If there are any issues or changes required, such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues, PLA technicians respond accordingly. PLA team also performs tasks such as installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or face to face.
